COMPAS: Our Proprietary Tracking System

Every pickup and delivery runs through COMPAS (Courier Operations Monitoring & Pickup Accountability Software), our digital chain of custody system. From the moment we arrive at your facility to the moment your specimens or documents are safely delivered, COMPAS captures verified addresses, digital signatures, temperature data, and a complete, timestamped record, retained for six years in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Real-Time Temperature Monitoring

For temperature-sensitive specimens, we use Bluetooth-enabled monitoring technology throughout transport. You receive documented, verifiable proof that proper temperature ranges were maintained from pickup to delivery, not just our word for it.

• General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate

If Something Goes Wrong

In the rare event of an incident, affecting specimen integrity, chain of custody, or delivery timeline, we notify you within two hours of discovery. Every incident is documented, resolved, and reviewed to prevent it from happening again. Full details available upon request.
